Field Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

Sydney was so excited not only to be going to the pumpkin patch but to also ride on the school bus. I am not sure which she was more excited for to tell you the truth. We arrived at school at 8 AM and we met up with the other Kindergarten classes coming along with Sydney's class. There were 4 classes total. We put all the children's lunches into tubs loaded them on the bus along with the children. Sydney and I had Esias in our group with us. Esias was a humorous little boy with a lot of energy. The bus trip there was about 30 minutes or so. When we arrived at the pumpkin patch we got to go through the corn maze, climb the pyramid of hay, play in the sandbox of cracked corn, walk along the tire path, go through the hay maze, go on a hay ride and pick out a pumpkin. Once we had fun doing all the activities around the pumpkin patch, we sat down for lunch. We all ate our lunch and played a little more. Once lunch was over we headed back to school on the bus. There were many tired children. We arrived back at school about noon. We had a blast!
